The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the results of the 2026 UTME mop-up examination conducted on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Candidates who participated in the mop-up exercise can now check their results through the SMS method.

To check your result, send UTMERESULT (as one word) via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number used during UTME registration. Candidates are advised to ensure they have at least ₦50 airtime credit on the line before sending the message.

According to JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, the release of the mop-up results marks the conclusion of the 2026 UTME exercise and paves the way for the next stage of the admission process.

“With the successful conduct of the mop-up examination and the release of the results, the Board will now proceed with the ranking of candidates,” he said.

Benjamin also disclosed that the printing of result slips required for admission processing is expected to commence before the end of the week.

The Board further expressed appreciation to candidates, parents, and other stakeholders for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the examination period.
